Returns Policy

At Airsoft Auctions, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. As a trusted auction platform, we aim to provide a seamless experience, but please note that due to the nature of auction transactions, our returns policy operates differently from traditional retail.

1. All Sales Are Final

All bids placed on items during our auctions are binding, and once an auction is complete and payment is processed, the sale is considered final. This means that generally, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please make sure to review the lot descriptions, images, and any additional details carefully before placing a bid.

2. Exceptions for Misrepresented Items

We want to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of every item sold through our platform. In the rare event that an item is misrepresented in its description or if significant details are omitted, buyers may be eligible for a return or refund. In this case, the buyer must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide clear evidence (photos, detailed description) to support the claim of misrepresentation.

  • Return the item in its original condition, including any tags, certificates, or packaging.

Once the returned item is inspected and confirmed to be misrepresented, the buyer will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. We will not accept returns based on subjective factors such as personal taste or changes of mind.

3. Damaged or Lost Items During Shipping

In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged or lost during shipping, buyers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist in the claims process with our shipping partners to resolve the matter. If the damage is verified, a refund or replacement may be issued based on availability.

Please note, that buyers must retain all original packaging and shipping materials for the claims process.

4. Cancellations

Once a bid has been placed and won, cancellation is not allowed unless approved by the auction house. If a buyer wishes to cancel a transaction, they must notify us immediately and provide a valid reason. If cancellation is approved, a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is returned due to damage or misrepresentation. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items, except in cases of damage during shipping or item misrepresentation.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Items sold as "final sale" or "as-is."

  • Art, antiques, collectibles, and other unique items where buyer's remorse is not accepted.

  • Custom or specially commissioned items.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding an item purchased, we encourage buyers and sellers to first attempt to resolve the issue directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to our customer service team, who will work to facilitate a fair resolution in accordance with this returns policy.
